manifest-syntax-error (MOD001)

The manifest could not be loaded.

What it does

Reports a manifest that is not a dictionary of literals, an empty one, and a module without an __init__.py.

Why is this bad?

Odoo reads the manifest with ast.literal_eval: variables, calls or expressions in it make the module fail to load, and so does a missing __init__.py.
