upgrade-models-newid (U1915)

from odoo.models import NewId, which fails in Odoo 19.0.

Applies to Odoo 19.0 and later.

What it does

Reports NewId imported from odoo.models.

Why is this bad?

Odoo 19.0 narrowed what odoo.models exports: the import fails. NewId lives in odoo.api (since 18.0).

Fix safety

Safe when NewId is the only name imported: the module becomes odoo.api.
