upgrade-self-writeable-fields (U2028)

SELF_READABLE_FIELDS/SELF_WRITEABLE_FIELDS, replaced in Odoo 20.0.

Applies to Odoo 20.0 and later.

What it does

Reports SELF_READABLE_FIELDS and SELF_WRITEABLE_FIELDS overrides.

Why is this bad?

Odoo 20.0 replaced the properties by the field parameter user_writeable=True: the override is never read, so users can no longer change their own preferences in the new fields.
