A translation does not match the {} placeholders of its source.

What it does

For entries flagged python-format, formats the translation with str.format and the arguments the source text expects ({}, {0}, {name}) and reports the error Python raises.

Why is this bad?

The translated message raises an exception at run time, in that language only.
