upgrade-manifest-init-xml (U2016)#

The manifest lists files under init_xml, ignored since Odoo 20.0.

Applies to Odoo 20.0 and later.

What it does#

Reports the manifest key init_xml.

Odoo 20.0 only loads data and demo: the files under init_xml are silently never loaded. Move them to data.
