A field label is wrapped in _().

What it does

Reports _() and _lt() around arguments of a field definition, such as its label.

Why is this bad?

Odoo exports and translates field labels and help texts by itself. The translation call runs once at import time, in the server language, and adds nothing.

Example

name = fields.Char(_("Name"))

Use instead:

name = fields.Char("Name")
