upgrade-assets-qweb (U1603)

The manifest adds templates to web.assets_qweb, removed in Odoo 16.0.

Applies to Odoo 16.0 and later.

What it does

Reports the web.assets_qweb bundle in the manifest’s assets.

Why is this bad?

Odoo 16.0 removed the bundle: its templates are silently never loaded, and the client fails with “Missing template”. Templates go in web.assets_backend (or the bundle of the code that uses them).

Fix safety

Safe when the manifest has no web.assets_backend yet: the bundle is renamed. Otherwise move the entries by hand.
