upgrade-field-states (U1713)

A field uses states=, ignored since Odoo 17.0.

Applies to Odoo 17.0 and later.

What it does

Reports the states parameter of field definitions.

Why is this bad?

Odoo 17.0 ignores it (with a warning): fields that were read-only in some states become editable. Set readonly="state != 'draft'" (or the like) on the field in the views instead.
