upgrade-openerp-manifest (U1720)#

The manifest is __openerp__.py, deprecated in 17.0 and not found by 19.0.

Applies to Odoo 17.0 and later.

What it does#

Reports modules whose manifest is __openerp__.py.

Odoo 17.0 warns about it, and 19.0 only looks for __manifest__.py: the module is not found at all. Rename the file.
