upgrade-base64-file-field (U2006)

<field type="base64" file=...>, deprecated for type="bytes" in Odoo 20.0.

Applies to Odoo 20.0 and later.

What it does

Reports type="base64" on <field> elements that load a file.

Why is this bad?

Binary fields hold bytes since Odoo 20.0; type="base64" is deprecated.

Fix safety

Safe: the type becomes bytes, as Odoo’s script 19.3-00-base64-in-xml does.
