upgrade-ormcache-import (U2023)

ormcache imported from odoo.tools, deprecated in Odoo 20.0.

Applies to Odoo 20.0 and later.

What it does

Reports ormcache imported from odoo.tools or odoo.tools.cache.

Why is this bad?

Odoo 20.0 moved it to odoo.api (@api.ormcache); the old import warns.

Fix safety

Safe: the name is imported from odoo.api.
