upgrade-sequence-get (U1913)

ir.sequence get()/get_id(), removed in Odoo 19.0.

Applies to Odoo 19.0 and later.

What it does

Reports self.env["ir.sequence"].get(...) and .get_id(...).

Why is this bad?

Odoo 19.0 removed these long-deprecated aliases.

Fix safety

Safe: get becomes next_by_code and get_id becomes next_by_id.
