xml-create-user-wo-reset-password (XML019)#

A res.users record is created without no_reset_password.

What it does#

Reports res.users records that set name (so create a user) without context="{'no_reset_password': True}".

Creating the user then sends a password reset email, or logs a warning when mail is not configured.
