xml-view-dangerous-replace-low-priority (XML017)

A view replaces part of another with a priority below 99.

What it does

Reports ir.ui.view records with position="replace" in their arch and a priority below 99.

Why is this bad?

A replaced element is gone for every other module that inherits the view, which breaks them in ways that depend on the installation order. Prefer position="attributes", position="move" or invisible="1"; replace only as a last resort, with a high priority.
